Contribute to a Dream
Collaboration is a powerful tool. Consider this a place to encourage a sense of community and collaboration to pool your resources, not only financially, but in other ways that can create momentum to make dreams come true. There are a couple ways you can contribute to a dream:
- If you see a dream post and you desire to use resources available to you to help fulfill a dream please email us at info@mlkdreamweekend.com to let us know and we’ll do our best to connect you with the dreamer. For example, perhaps someone desires to obtain a scholarship for a special program and you know of a scholarship opportunity. Or perhaps someone desires to be the next golf pro and you are a golf coach willing to dedicate your time providing golf lessons. Or maybe you simply have advice or encouragement for a particular dreamer, please share that as well so that we can pass it along to the dreamer. When you email us, be sure to let us know which dream post you are referring to by including the date of the dream post and the dreamer’s screen name in the subject of your email.
- Make a PayPal donation in any desired amount to go towards individual dreams that will be awarded at the Diversity Banquet on January 15, 2010.
